I am a freshman and was wondering about KA because I know they are coming back in the Spring. What did they get kicked off for and what was their reputation before? How hard is it for a fraternity to get back to prominence after being kicked off?

Pretty hard to get good again..... Or honestly it takes a long time.

Sigma Chi was good before they got kicked off.... Now their a joke.

SigEP was good..... Now their average.

From what I hear KA was a little more county and rowdy version of KOT.

colonizing a new fraternity is tough and it could take all the way until your graduation before KA is functioning the way a fraternity here does normally. At the same time though it may not it varies a lot for fraternities

Older cousin of mine was a KA here.... He graduated in 2002.

KA got kicked off for drinking/ hazing violations and a girl passed out at one if there parties and had to get her stomach pumped. She was a professors daughter and a bible beater and blamed the chapter. Baylor got pissed at them and nationals pulled the charter.

From meeting him and his buddies they were country/preppy and liked to have a good time. Popular with Theta's and Kappa's at the time.

Almost like a good version of Phi Delt
