rushing second time around

I HAVE QUESTIONS - NEED HONEST ANSWERS.
I rushed last year and accepted a Bid on bid day after being cut from all others. I really didn't want that soro so I dropped them. Do I have a chance this year at getting a better offer or will they know that I accepted a bid last RUSH then dropped?
