still don't understand the theta hype

Don't get me wrong Baylor's chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta is great! I have several close friends who are Thetas and honestly they are wonderful girls, but how in the world do people consider them on par with Kappa and Pi Phi?

History.....they have always been top four.

hotness level.

and the fact that they are probably the best for the rest.

I mean who would take their place?

Theta is probably not as good as Pi Phi and Kappa.

Yet they are obviously better than Tri-delt, chi-o, zeta, and axo

Well I mean I don't understand how kappa still clings so highly to be honest. Pi phi to me remains clear the top,but we can't act like Kappa is still as good as they used to be either.

Well only people with bias will hate on Kappa. Kappa is clearly on par with Piphi and apart from a few distinctions they are very similar especially rank wise.

Theta...I've never understood why people put them in top tier. I would say they or upper middle or bottom top tier. You really just can't put them on the same level as PIPHI and kappa
