All 3 are basically interchangeable....... It's funny when one (phi delt) thinks their better than the others.

SigEp will always be better than phi delt. There is a reason Clifton Robinson told his grandsons not to rush phi delt.

since when did phi delt starting getting such a big head?
for most of their existence at Baylor they have been a 40 man chapter that had to straight up beg people to join.
now these kids try and act like they are Ole Miss KA........some legendary old row fraternity.

Pretty sure that Sigma Nu (Eli and Archie Manning's chapter), Sigma Chi and KA are generally considered to be better than Phi Delt at Ole Miss. Maybe they were top dog before dry housing, but my understanding is that they're sort of the borderline top. Sigma Nu is on paper a dry house nationally. In reality I couldn't name a Sigma Nu chapter I've had a friend in that followed this rule. That tells me their's is more of a front.

DO YOU EVEN KNOW ANYONE THAT GOES TO OLE MISS? Because if they are in the greek system they would have told you that OLD ROW is a term used for ALABAMA. NOT OLE MISS and you ask them who the most powerful old blood and money house on campus is they will tell you Phi Delt.
From your "pretty sure" and "my understanding" verbiage you don't know what you are talking about. You've got not credibility here. You can sit down now.

Sigma Nu is probably top fraternity at ole miss,but thats besides the point... Phi delt is a solid chapter here and is on of the upper level of party fraternities.
Honestly, the real reason they get so much crap is because baylor doesn't rack in many cool party type kids so the pickings is slim lol..
When you have SAE, Phi delt, Delt, Sig ep and Pi kapp all kind of wanting the same thing in a way it gets competitive.

Old Row is starting to get tossed around by almost every SEC school now... even though it started at BAMA. The "old row" and the "new row" is starting to become more common terminology in greek life. I have a few PKE friends at ole miss and most of them tell me Sigma nu is best house there,but agree phi delt is good.
