no more expansion

Please no more fraternity expansion. It seems like it would be way better for Baylor to do a review of a lot of charters who don't really do anything more than a club. With the participation in our Greek Life events so low and average chapter sizes so small, there really is no reason to have more fraternities. Let fraternities have more members first, higher participation, better philanthropies, and there would still be enough to pair with the sororities, and some leftover.

Baylor doesn't want IFC to have too much power because they have to make sure their local fraternities (KOT and Phi Chi) stay competitive.

Baylor could have 8 fraternities that are 150 man strong.

Instead we have tons and most barely have 60 guys.

Just look at TCU and SMU both are about Baylors size yet have fewer fraternities.

I'm on the less expansion side of the debate, but your facts are completely false.

SMU has 6300 students with 10 fraternities (not including BYX)
~60% guys = 3780 guys
=380 guys per fraternity

Baylor had 13900 students with 12 fraternities (including the two locals). ~40% guys = 5560
=463 guys per fraternity.
