There is so much wrong with this especially the fact that all of the sororities pair with multiple fraternities throughout the year. Also, since when has Kappa paired with KOT in anything?

All KOTs hang out with mostly only Kappas and Piphis...so there's that

I think they are ranking them by tier.

For instance Kappa and KOT are the best two groups.

I think that's obviously what they are saying, all fraternities and sororities hang out with multiple groups but KOT and Kappa are what they are ranking as the top two groups followed by Piphi and ksig
