You have to realize that all these orgs were pre existing local fraternities at Baylor. They didn't just appear out of thin air cold turkey. The only clubs to actually ever just come on the scene without a pre existing club, that affiliated with a national org are, KOT, Phi Chi, Pi Kapp.

Yea everyone knows that most of the fraternities on campus today were first local fraternities.
But we are talking about their respective national charter dates.
