I keep hearing about a bunch of guys who are trying to get Sigma Chi officially reinstated at Baylor. Anyone know the truth to this?

I have no idea

But the president of Sigma Chi nationals was a Baylor grad.... And so apparently they want a chapter back at Baylor.

I think we have too many fraternities at Baylor as it is.

I hope this is a joke.

If not it just shows how little Baylor cares about its Fraternity system.

We already have way way too many fraternities on campus.

Average size is like what? 55...that's pathetic

We had 800 girls go through rush for 8 sororities.

Yet less than half that many guys for like what? 14 fraternities?

The last thing we need is another fraternity.

Why would anyone want to start another fraternity?

We already have Four that you can just sign up and join with no questions asked.

ATO, Pi Kapp, Beta, & TKE.

I mean there is no reason to start up another fraternity.

Its not a joke and its not that bad the more greek life the better. I also heard a rumor that we are getting more sororities soon which also good.

The ones we have can barely get enough members as it is?

We have more fraternities right now than other schools similar to our size.

I think KA was the only fraternity Baylor kicked off that they never want back. KA was way too manly and Southern for the young life girly men who run Baylor.

Sigma Chi, Pika, Sigma Nu, and Lambda Chi are all welcome back if they can find enough interested guys.

I'm pretty sure KA won't ever come back because they got into too much trouble, mostly due to fighting with other fraternities while they were on campus. I will say that I truly wish KA was at Baylor, I would definitely have rushed them!

Yea I would have gone KA if they were at Baylor.

But it seems like KA is getting kick off tons of schools.

Too bad its a great fraternity.

Lambda Chi is not good anywhere......well I have heard of a good Lambda Chi chapter at LSU but that's it.

I doubt they were ever very good at Baylor.

Sigma Chi probably has a better chance of being decent than say Beta, Pi Kapp, or TKE

Sigma Chi is better nationally than those.

But at Baylor they are going to have a hard time.

KOT, KSig, & ATO already have the service oriented kids locked down.

And SAE, SigEp, Delt, & Phi Delt have got the party oriented kids.

So how is Sigma Chi going to ever get good?
