For every guy that didn't get a bid, keep your head up and rush in the fall. Fall is an easier time to get in for all the fraternities including the good ones.
Word of advice, you probably should not rush the same fraternity, especially if you really want a bid. Very rarely does a fraternity bid the second go around for the same guy.

Depends on the Fraternity.
I would just be honest with them.
If you didn't have grades....just tell them you didn't have grades.
If they just didn't vote you in.....just tell them you didn't get the votes.
Its not a big deal.....Some times the members just don't know a guy and don't vote for him. Its not a negative opinion of his character.
But really just don't go out of your way to talk about it.
Rush another fraternity, don't lie if they ask you about rushing someone else, but don't go out of your way to talk about it.

It's not really hard to get into any fraternity at Baylor.....this is not Alabama.
But KOT and Kappa Sig are probably the most selective....bid probably 60%-80% of the guys who rush them.
Fiji, SAE, Phi Delt, SigEp, Delt are moderately selective......bid probably 75%-85% of the guys that rush them.
ATO less selective.....bid probably 90% of the guys who rush them.
Pi Kapp, Beta, TKE not selective.....bid 99%-100% of the guys who rush them.

Someone people want an actual fraternity experience. I rushed SigEp in the Fall and haven't regretted it since.
