yes, and when those pledges need to ever explain what they were involved with back in college. Like sitting in an interview...

Interviewer: "so were you in a fraternity?"

Kot: "Yes! Welllll it was this local group, at Baylor, we were really cool though. We dominated at this thing called Sing, let me tell you about it! [insert Sing explanation]."

Interviewer: blank stare
