fraternities

I am Rushing 6 fraternities
I know a lot about KOT and Kappa Sigma
But what is the difference between Phi Delt, Sigep, Delta Tau, and SAE?
Can some one give me a run down on them?

I'll give you a run down.
Phi Delt: Average size chapter, country, drink a lot, decent history at Baylor. But have a strange habit of getting in fights with each other and the members kind of gossip a lot and are overly concerned with their image on campus.
SigEp: Average size, they would be bigger but they haze so much that half their pledge class drops out every year. Drink and party a lot. Decent history at Baylor. Take country/preppy guys and generally one of the more laid back groups.
Delt: Average size, drink a lot, do a decent amount of campus stuff like SING. Have pretty good sorority relations. Have a habit of being called "the dorks that drink" but over all decent guys. Not a whole lot of history at Baylor...they only started in the 1990s.
SAE: Good size, in general have the better rep with the sororities. A lot of freshman rush them based on their name brand since SAE is good in Texas and all over the South. Party a good amount but also do campus stuff like SING, ect. Members are very preppy.
