I wanted to limit each category to the top three. I agree Sig Ep is known for parties and have a lot of fun parties, but their houses are not as good as the others and they are usually smaller. They are still a decent group and definitely party more than most. From what I know and hear, Delt parties are usually better than Sig Ep.
I agree that FIJI took a hit but they have much more history and tradition than Pi Kapp. Their name still has value to rushees too. That's why I ranked them as middle.
