sae vs. phi delt vs. delt vs. sigep

Phi Delt has a lot of awkward members. They throw good parties and have fun, but there are way too many creepy/awkward guys that don't talk to girls, but their still top tier though.
SAE party hard and have fun, there a little more reckless but there a better group overall. Not that many creepers like Phi Delt. Top Tier
Delt takes the guys who fell through the cracks of SAE and Phi Delt.
SigEp gets the leftovers.

Phi Delt is not top tier.....Don't get me wrong...they are good guys but not top tier.
And SAE, phi delt, Sigep, and Delt don't have that much over lap in guys they rush.
For instance.....most of the guys who go out for bids to Delt and Sigep did not interview with phi delt or sae. So no one is really taking anyone's left overs......they never wanted to join the other groups.

Not entirely true. There is a decent number of guys that cross rush all of those groups. Not every member of a respective group rushed another similar one, but there is almost always a few guys that have rushed or looked at 2 or more groups.
The difference comes down to which type of guys come from other groups. For example, SAE might get more guys that rush Ksig than say SigEp. Likewise SigEp would have guys that have rushed PiKapp.
