Here's the new rankings of PLEDGE CLASSES:
Pi Phi/Theta
Kappa

From what I've seen around campus and on social media this is pretty accurate. Lots of people trying to say lower groups improved but all the groups had a good class and few things really changed.

Factually, kappa had the best rush. They gave out 91 bids, 85 of those bids were given to girls who pref'ed kappa. All 91 bids were accepted. Highest return rate from pref day to bid day awarded to Kappa Kappa Gamma. Sorry to bring along the age-old rivalry, but pi phi gave out 85 bids and have a pledge class somewhere in the upper 60s. There are so few girls in the Pi Phi NMC '15 that not every girl from the PC of 14' will be able to have a little.

Based purely off facts, Kappa should be ranked above Pi phi.

But Kappa's pledge class doesn't look that great and Pi Phi got most of the girls they really wanted. Also, I'm not a theta, but I personally feel theta did better than both of them. They also gave out 91 (or 93?) bids, and they stepped up their game for sure this year. Every new theta I've seen has been a knockout and they have to be at least somewhat smart because they require a 3.0 to get in. 3 girls in my hall went theta, 2 of them are pre-med and they are all gorgeous and genuinely nice girls. They earned their spot at the top.

Pi Phi's pledge class is 87. Are you kidding me? Do you really think that they couldn't get as many girls as they wanted? It's easy to see why KKG has the bad rep on campus. Spreading lies just makes you look desperate.

Having the highest return rate from bid day to pref day isn't impressive because it shows that the girls in kappa did not have other competitive sororities that they would want to choose instead. I.e. Kappa was their best option, so they chose it and had the highest return rate. It's likely that theta and Pi phi pledge classes had lower return rates but more girls in each other's rooms on pref day and maybe some in chi o/Tri delt/zeta

is so true. Baylor greek system is turning into UT's. PKT is not top and the next three are the same as UT's. This creates the big 6. If only Baylor would get more sororities......

You could get 10 more sororities here but no one would want to join them because they all want the big 6. Look how AXO and ADPi struggle? Look how many chapters have closed here? More sororities won't help.
