sophomore rushing

is it worth it to try rushing as a sophomore? i really wanted two or three groups and got cut for grades; if i can bring my grades up, is it worth it to try to rush as a sophomore? is the 2:1 rule for bids still in effect at most sororities?

I'm currently a sophomore going through rush & got invited back to 6 sororities today. Its definitely possible to, but also harder & you will most likely get cut from some of the "top" houses because of this.
