4-tier system

While I don't think pnms should base their decisions off of ranks, I would agree that this is a correct ranking!
For the most part, it would be challenging to walk in the sororities in the top 2 tiers without knowing anyone prior to recruitment and still get a bid. kappa, Pi phi, and chi o seem to focus on relationships made with Pnms before recruitment. This makes them more competitive during rush week because girls could really enjoy their parties but not get invited back.
I also mostly agree about the rankings when not considering rush. I think Tri Delt is better than theta for intramurals and sing/pigskin. But as far as overall popularity and success on campus, I agree with the top two tiers.
HOWEVER, like I said, these rankings shouldn't be the basis of a pnm's decision. Just because a group is successful at sing/intramurals and has pretty/smart/unique/funny girls doesn't mean its the right group for you. Consider friendships, the qualities you see reflected by members and leaders, your experience in the group's parties, and where you think you will grow and have fun. I think anyone can enjoy any sorority if they have an open mind. Baylor Greek life is so diverse and strong that, though there might be less "popular" groups, there is no group that is bad! Every sorority has awesome members and opportunities!
