theta who?

I'm a freshman girl who is really looking forward to greek life. I have gone to every sub dinner and I like Zeta, AXO and Pi Phi the best. Is Zeta really bottom tier? They seem the nicest and the prettiest out of all of the sororities. And theta... all of the Theta's I've seen around are super weird and honestly not very cute. And I never hear anything about them. Am I just clueless because I'm a frosh?
