As this semester begins to wrap up and recruitment week gets closer please remember a few things PNMs.. 1. Whichever sorority your friends like may not be the right one for you 2. Continue to get to know girls from every chapter to get a feel for the different groups and also so the week is less awkward 3. Think about who has made you feel the most welcome... All of this to say, no matter where you end up, each chapter has so much to offer.

This is so true, and such wise and thoughtful advice. I'd add to keep two or three sororities in mind, because one learns more details about each sorority during the Rush experience. The best to all of you, and know that each sorority at Baylor is truly amazing! (Also, best of luck on your finals, started planning this weekend your "how toe" and, of course, Sic 'Em Bears!)

Had to laugh at myself re: the "how toe" typo... Meant "how to"... ;)

really good advice! Keep an open mind, don't narrow down to one yet, have 2-3 in mind and let Rush week help you make the final decision.

But know that some groups put on a good rush week and the girls appear different than once you're through with the week

That someone from @11:45 to 11:55 pm last night, 1/7, brought up all the old "negative" discussions again from even back to Fall to "promote" their own sorority. PNMs, please try not to read, it is all inappropriate for RUSH week. It's a tough week, don't make it harder on you or your friends going through it. Love on each other. Some of your friends, if not you, will feel "crushed" on any certain day during RUSH because of a drop, and it's hard enough without looking at these sick comments from a few atypical sorority girls and/or frat guys.
