Do you have sophomore or junior hours? Each chapter does it differently. But connect, connect, connect. You have a disadvantage but can overcome that if you know most people in a chapter (which requires a decent amount of work)

Get your references in!! These are important and so many girls don't know what they are or how to get them! Talk to girls, go to SUB dinners, make an effort to connect with others who are in sororities! We'll pay more attention if you say you want to hang out with us first! Get creative and stand out from the rest of the crowd. Also, don't be picky. There are great sororities in every chapter here at Baylor, and if you end up at two parties you don't want to go to, stick it out. Odds are you'll find someone who you can connect to and share sisterhood with 200 other girls at Baylor!
