I find hilarious that those phi delt boys keep trying to up themselves on here. They're not even close to being top tier or considered a great chapter. Small group with rando guy that have crappy parties. They give out bids like it's candy hence the type of people they have. They do have money, gotta give them that.
SAE, Kappa Sig, and maybe KOT are the best here. And SAE is falling fast but they're still ahead of phi delt.

Phi Delts are just very very insecure about themselves so they feel the need to talk themselves up.
KOT, Kappa Sig, and SAE have been the best fraternities at Baylor for almost 20 years. Then you have some drinking frats like Fiji, SigEp, Delt, Sigma Chi, KA, and Phi Delt holding down the middle. Then a few terrible chapters at the bottom like TKE and Beta.
Of course the middle tier changes ex. Sigma Chi and KA getting kicked off but the top tier never changes.
