tri delt at baylor
by: LegacyI'm a legacy for tri delt and so I've been looking into them. They seem cool and from what I've heard and seen, they seem like a middle or top tier sorority. But on here that idea isn't supported.. Is this website biased? Or why do they receive some of the negative feedback?

There good....in all honesty...every sorority at Baylor is good.
Most schools have sororities that average from 200 members on the large size to 30 members on the small size sorority chapters.
At Baylor every sorority is about 200 girls...everyone takes 50 or more new members.
All around Baylor might have the best sorority system in Texas.
But some one has to be last and in truth people kind of look down on ADPi and AXO.
Tri Delt is seen as good...but has a rep for being kind of lame and anti drinking.

In all honesty tridelt is probably a top tier sorority because of its history at Baylor. It's also a top tridelt chapter in the country, they did well in sing last year, and always have the highest GPA. They cut a lot of people during recruitment, and thats why a lot of people end up with a bad opinion of them.

They are good in all the measues that would seem to matter: Grades, Membership size, history, ect.
However the girls are kind of dorky and lame. Most never go out, never really drink, look down on those that do, known around as Bible beaters, and hang out a lot around ATO which is the dorkiest fraternity.
If a Tri Delt wants to get really wild she might hand out around KOT or Kappa Sig.

How is that reputation different from Chi O's rep? I've heard similar things about them too

Hey there! So this website is stupid. Plain and simple. If you want to figure out the reputations of each group go to SUB dinners instead of looking at the opinions of a select few on here. No ranking is or will be consistent because people have different opinions, and that's okay! Find out for yourself what works for you and then go with it!

No one said that Tri Delt didn't have great girls.
In fact it was stated that they are a pretty good sorority.
Problem is the girls are lame....don't drink/don't party....and hang out with ATO/KOT.
Those are all facts.

A lot of girls go into recruitment wanting tri delt and when they don't get it, they get really upset

As a guy...and one that's in a fraternity.
Tri Delt has a decent name...but the girls are pretty lame...don't go out and don't do anything.
I mean who do they hang out with? ATO? Phi Chi?
Also, from what I have seen on campus over two years..... Theta, Kappa, Pi Phi, Chi-O, and even Zeta have better looking chicks.

HAHAHAH my boyfriend is a kappa sig and I hang out with a lot of them and they make fun of tri delt all the time. Their favorites are pi phi, kappa, theta, and a few chi os. Get over yourselves tri delt, most people think you're a joke

ATO is not a bad frat to be affiliated with, and a lot of the partying tridelts hang out with Fiji and ksig

In some ways that's true....but you still want to be associated with something that is good.
I mean who wants to look back on their college career having been a TKE....and then having people who ask what you where at Baylor....well "I was a TKE". No one wants to be apart of the worst chapter at their school.
