phi delt or sig ep

Can anyone give me more info on Phi Delt? A couple of kappas told me that they're the best but didn't say why. What about SigEp?

Phi Delt is good...more of a country group.

SigEp is decent...more of a straight up party group.

Phi Delt is the better of the two. More of a ranch crowd as in city boys that get together and play ranchy boys but also party. Phi Delt at Baylor would be more like SAE at Texas and Sig Ep at Baylor would be more like ATO at Texas. SAE at Baylor would be more like Fiji at Texas.

here is the truth.....their is not much of a diffrence between SAE, Phi Delt, SigEp, Delt, and Pi Kapp.

They all drink, they all throw parties, and they all try and rush the same kid of kid.

Some people might think one is better than the other but really they are all about the same.

Phi Delt > mid tiers > Sig Ep > Soon to be SAE, Beta, etc.

Join Sigep if you like hanging out wit one soroirty and havg small backyard parties.

Join Phi Delt if you like to throw down and go all out.

Simple as that.

You phidelts are lame. First you make this post and talk about how "kappas say we're the best" nonsense and then you attack sigep which is even funnier. My fraternity actually hangs out with a lot of kappas and I doubt any of them would call yall the best. Yall also claim to be top tier yet you pick fights with sigep.

Phi Delt: Mid tier wannabes that likes to play dress up and pretend to be like SAE.

Sig Ep: Bottom tier punks that act like they are too cool for school and think they are relevant.

Phi Delt doesn't copy SAE...in reality I think they are trying to copy KOT or at least be a party version of KOT.

SigEp is middle tier....their not great but they are at least middle tier...hell the only bottom tier groups at Baylor are TKE and Beta.
