So there's a lot of spamming going on with certain groups skewing the rankings and making other groups look bad when they aren't.
REAL RANKINGS
Kappa- Always get a lot of pretty girls and guys love them. People are being too hard on them. Every sorority has a few girls that don't fit the stereotype, and rather than fixating on the few that kappa has that don't, look at the majority of gorgeous girls they have. They may get on some people's (mostly other girls') nerves for being high maintenance and rich, but there are a lot of nice kappas that aren't high maintenance. They can be intimidating to talk to at first though, and a little selective in who they hang out with.
PiPhi- Sporty, athletic, some are hipster. They're super fun to be around and all around a great organization. They are extremely selective and string girls along until pref day only to cut them at the last minute. Some are smart and quite a few party. A lot of girls seem like "one of the guys", but they also have quite a few gorgeous girls. They are a great group to belong to, but if you're rushing Pi Phi, beware and make sure you have backups in case they're just leading you on.
Tridelt- Like Kappa, they're getting a lot of unnecessary hate. Sure, they obviously pick some girls based on their GPA rather than looks, but they still have a lot of gorgeous girls. They have several fraternity sweethearts, cheerleaders/dancers, and pageant girls. Some are quiet, but I've never met one that wasn't super sweet

and genuine. They have mixers and events with all the top fraternities (with the exception of PiKapp), and they have a strong history at Baylor, and are super selective, even if it doesn't appear that way. Their sing act was also badass.
Chi-O- They're also smart, pretty, and athletic. They're super sweet and mostly outgoing girls. Many girls get down to tridelt and chi o on pref day because they are very similar. They do well in intramurals, are high up in the GPA rankings, and mix with top fraternities. Some are really campy, but others are the complete opposite. They have several athletes as well.
Theta- They're super gorgeous and surprisingly pretty smart. As opposed to Tridelt, they seem to go for looks first, then GPA, but they have a few randoms. They aren't always the sweetest, and party really hard. They have a good presence on campus though, and also did really good in sing. They aren't as difficult to get into.
Zeta- Really fun, outgoing, nice girls, but also party really hard. I've heard they have a really intimidating exec, and aren't always the nicest within the chapter. Most are really pretty, and they have some diversity.
AXO- A little bit of everything. Some girls are super cute, fun and outgoing partiers, while others are really strict Bible study types. Some are gorgeous girls that seem like they would belong in a top sorority, but others don't seem to fit the general sorority girl stereotype at all. They have some girls on spirit squad, and

a twirler or two. They are pretty involved in Baylor, and most seem to really love their sorority.
ADPi- Really sweet girls. Some are really pretty, but from out of state, so it's obvious they probably didn't know anyone in other groups when they went through rush. They have a wide variety of personalities, but most don't seem to have pride in their organization, and don't wear their letters, which is sad. They aren't selective at all, but people are harder on them than they need to be.

I think this was a tri delt because they're not top tier, or even top of the middle tier, and it's overstepping to say they're better than chi o and theta, even zeta arguably. I also think pi phi should be above kappa. I agree with the descriptions for the most part but here's how I (and most people) would rank them:

Kappa
Chi o/theta (tied)
Zeta/ tri delt (tied)
AXO
ADPi

Most everyone agrees ADPi is bottom, not just one group. Why else would they have the most drop outs once people get a bid from them?

A 3.0 doesn't make you a hard sorority to get into. Lots of girls rushing have over that, so that's not really much of a criteria to determine how hard a sorority is to get into
