fall fraternity rush

Do Kot, Phi Delt, Sae, Fiji typically have strong fall classes? I've heard fall classes can sometimes be large and sometimes be small even for the good fraternities...

KOT and Kappa Sig usually have the biggest fall classes.

SAE, Phi Delt, SigEp, Delt usually take around 5 or so.

I don't know how many ATO takes but since they bid anyone I assume it's pretty large.

Fiji has not been on campus in a while so I assume they will try and take a large class to make up for their lack of numbers.

All the local fraternities have to abide by IFC rules, even though they aren't technically IFC. This is really stupid because Baylor IFC makes sure that local fraternities play by their rules, yet locals don't get any representation within the IFC.

How often do fraternities take underground pledge ships? My gpa is screwed because of 1 semester. Since then I've been a B student but the gpa won't show it till next spring. Do you think there's a chance with any of them?

But the answer to that is no. Frankly, you're not that special for a fraternity to risk the consequences if IFC/Baylor finds out. This actually happens a lot and a good amount of rushees are lost becuase of it.

Get to know them as well as you can and show commitment to one or two. This will help you when it comes in the spring. No one wants to bid a spring soph/jun that's rushing 4 fraternities/service org. It makes you look desperate.

As far as not having grades.... Just wait to the next semester.

It's not a big deal... Hell juniors who transfer in even rush.
