want guys' perspective

What are the top tier, middle and lower? And what are the goods and bads of each? Or what are they known for?

The comment from the guy "well" is pretty straight on for all the same reasons except I would say chi-o and Tri Delt are getting progressively worse just a heads way to stuck up and snobby and the crowds they hang with blow

this is just my opinion:

Top: Kappa, Theta, Pi Phi....they all have hot girls, good rep, and have been good for decades.

Middle: Chi-O, Tri Delt, Zeta, AXO...again this is Baylor so all of them have hot girls, decent rep, some go out and party more some not so much. Who you like depends on who you hang out with. Example: I tend to know more Zetas that go out than Tri Delts so I would say Zeta is better. But it really depends on your preference.

Low: ADPi....they have some hot girls but also a lot of strange kids. Also, they have not be traditionally a good sorority at Baylor.

I'm not going to right out their stereo types because honestly if you are a freshmen it'll take you like a month tops to figure it out and besides that you should already know. I'm not really listing them in order just in clumps so just because fiji is top of middle tier doesnt mean they actually are.
