I'm not even a KOT... fake country queers...but 90% of girls would but them in the top tier.
Same with Kappa Sig
Don't know any girls, besides some groupies, that would but Phi Delt in the top tier.
Also, SigEp and Pi Kapp are not great but they are no where near the same level of suck as Beta.

Sigep is not top tier... More of a middle tier chapter.
But I'm pretty sure they would hit on girls... Everyone does except maybe Phi Chi and ATO

This is very accurate, except Phi Chi is on the rise. There are becoming more competitive in every aspect and are rushing more guys that would traditionally go kappa sig or KOT. They're new pledge class is definitely on par with any other fraternities. The only thing they need to work on is having better parties.

Both are made up local chapters.... But at least KOT has a good reason. They were started back before national chapters were allowed.
Phi chi was started by a bunch of KOT de-pledges in the 1990s....
The group is a joke.
