Phi Delt parties are terrible. Half are a complete bust. Pi Kapp parties better than them.

Phi Delt is way overrated and most of their parties suck. They had a good dia and that's it. I actually prefer the others listed over them.

Dia is basically a Phi Delt party....with out them there is no Dia.
