These take into account pledge class, size parties, and campus involvement.
Tier 1:
Kappa Sig, KOT
Large pledge classes, decent parties, and very involved
on campus.
Tier 1.5:
SAE
Good pledge class size, great parties, not involved on campus.
Tier 2:
ATO
Huge pledge class, very involved, no parties,
Really dorky kids.
Tier 2.5:
Phi Delt, SigEp, Pi Kapp
Decent pledge class size, good parties, not involved on campus.
Tier 3:
Delt
Dying out, very small pledge class size, still decent parties, not involved on campus.
Tier 4:
TKE, everyone else
Small size, bad parties, ect
Off campus:
Fiji
They are usually top tier but they were off campus all year

Delt is taking like 12 kids a year... They might have 45 actives maybe.
Heck Beta might be larger than them by this fall.

Delt has around 60 guys and they're decently active. They had a philanthropy with zeta not too long ago that went well. Delt is a solid middle tier. They took 12 in the spring which is small but they're fine.
Phi Delt is ranked too low. Sure, they aren't the most active on campus but they party hard and saved dia. No matter what you think, they are top tier. They are a cut above the other mid tiers. Great new pledge class. Above average in size I think too
Move Phi Delt and Delt up one respectively.

Delt is not good... They have not been good since 2005 or before. They are a shadow of what they used to be and are now behind SAE, Phi Delt, Sigep, and Pi Kapp among the drinking fraternities.
Phi Delt is good but not top tier.
