New sorority pls

Nah we don't need another sorority, especially since one of the current ones never makes quota. the problem is many pnms are focused only on 3 or 4 sororities and then they drop out of recruitment if they are not invited back by those sororities. it gives the impression that there's not enough space for everyone but that's not really the case.

maybe all the greek houses should focus on building the SYSTEM so that all houses are healthy and desirable and not further the "top/bottom tier" chat that makes people drop out of recruitment. When all the houses are full, that's when Panhellenic will bring on a new house

Where do you think a new sorority will be ranked? They’ll start out at the bottom like every new sorority does at every college. So the sororities you decided not to revisit this week, because you think you deserve a higher ranked one, will be ranked higher then the new one you want so badly.

Fall recruitment would help? So pnms aren’t doing rush dates in the fall and are so pretty-disposed to a certain group?

And to add on, all of Baylor's sororities have something to offer. PNM's need to go through recruitment with an open mind and just trust the process.
