sae in the decline

They are just plain bad. They stay relevant by living off of their rep, which is quickly falling. One half decent party in two years, lack of girls, lack of nice houses, lack of work ethic. They just suck. Phi Delt has replaced SAE as too teir party group. Hell, Pikapp is becoming better than sae

Yeah, doing fine going down. Phi Delt is better and more relevant than SAE. No one talks about SAE or even know who they are.

They're doing it with Zeta. A top tier, even mid tier, group would not do it with ADPi. Hell, even Sigep wouldn't do it with them. Mid and top tier groups sometimes mingle but not too and bottom. SAE couldn't get anyone else but ADPi. Says a lot.

Yeah I was gonna defend SAE but after finding out they're doing homecoming with ADPi, I can't. They are regarded highly but they have fallen. They don't party as much and don't participate in much either. Their guys are lacking too
