I love it when low tier frats (they don't deserve to be called fraternities) hate on Phi Delt or Kappa Sig. Listen, as much as you want to hate Phi Delt, you know they are better than you. Otherwise, you would not hate on them. They party more, get more and better girls than you, and can do things Pikapp would dream about. Yall couldnt even afford Mike Jones and had to pair up with someone else. We did it literally 15x bigger than yall, so keep talking.

phi delt was one of the worst fraternities at Baylor for almost 30 years.

You finally crawl up to middle tier and yet just like a kid who has never been with a woman.... You have no idea how to handle yourself.
Hell it only took 5 other fraternities getting kicked off for phi Delt to make to middle tier.... Maybe 5 more will get kicked of and you can make it to top tier.

Pikapps actually think they're top tier though. I always hear them say how they're better than PhiDelt and compete with K Sig. They're just as try hard as Phi Delt. Maybe even worse. At least Phi Delt can back it up.

Phi delts were kicked off at Baylor and UT in the early 90s, both were top at the time.
Since coming back on: UT phi delta still haven't been able to recover for a multitude of reasons, but mainly due to how important chapter house location is to UT's Greek system.
Baylor lacks housing so it's easier for a chapter to move up and down. Baylor's chapter took advantage of their rich alumni base and rebuilt. While they are still a long shot from their former glory, they have somethings going right for them.

Look at the little Pikapp or SigEp who thinks their Pria could match Phi Delt Dia. We passed on mike jones because he sucks. He is washed up and not for for Dia. He was cheap. That's the only reason why you got him. If it wasn't for us denying him, y'all wouldn't have had him. Damn poors lmao

There's a distinct line between Phi Delt and those low tier groups. They all suck in terms of campus activity but at least Phi Delt parties the best and gets along with others better.
