Fiji will always be top tier unless they get kicked off for a long term period of time.

The only good talk that Phi Delt gets is from Phi Delts. And they seem to really like talking about themselves on greekrank, a forum that doesn't actually have any weight behind its rankings... So ya Phi Delt is top tier definitely

phidelts suck. its so funny they think theyre the best. not even close. creepy guys that couldnt get a bid from Ksig or SAE.
