why don't people like phi delt, sigep, & delt?

Phi Delt and Delt don't fit the typical baylor mold. They're fun and have great guys but they're seen as out if place. They're more like public school fraternities. The same for SAE and Sig Ep less so. SAE has always been traditional and their name keeps them relevant. Sig Ep is similar but not as respected because they are seen as a black sheep of baylor fraternities
KOT, Ksig, and ATO are usually filled with the baylor type guys.

At Baylor chapters like ATO are cool
Sigep is a party fraternity full of kids who just drink all the time.. That will never be cool here.

With Phi Delts being top and Delt as a solid middle tier, I don't think they have trouble with girls.
