best fraternities ranked

Below is my list of the best fraternities, a little about them, what school(s) they would fit in best with, and size. Sorted by ranking. All four are good in my opinion and have guys that would be top at other schools.
Top Tier Wrap Up:
Kappa Sig: Wide variety of guys but all gentlemen. Well-liked guys but don’t throw too much parties. Atheltic. Biggest Complaint: not much School Comparison: UT Size: 90+
SAE: cool wild bunch, a true southern fraternity. Texas Preppy. Biggest Complaint: Pretentious. School Comparison: SMU TCU Size: 60+
Phi Delt: best partiers but not much else, but know how to have fun. Texas Country. Biggest Complaint: Unclassy Like Texas Tech, TCU Size: 70+
KOT: dorkiest of the top 4, but if you want to find a rich husband this is the place. Mixture between Country and Preppy. Biggest Complaint: Creppy. School Comparison UT SMU Size: 90+
Middle Group:
Delt: a lot like Phi Delt and SAE I guess, good parties and nicer guys than most groups. Size: 50+
ATO: a less cool version of Kappa Sig, but guys you want to get to know Size: 90+
Pi Kapp: some guys here are super nice and normal, others are just plain creppy. Just can’t seem to figure them out. I guess it’s a love/hate relationship. Size: 50+
Sig EP: rowdy partiers Size 40+
Phi Chi: Sweet guys. Size: 100+
Lower:
Beta: from what I’ve heard they are a lot like Phi Chi Size 40+
BYX: the non-local version of Phi Chi. Size 40+
TKE: yeah its TKE Size: 20+
