best mid tier

If I am a rushee that doesn't get a bid to a top tier, which mid tier (KSig, ATO, or PiKap) would be best. Which is most respected of these 4? Also, I'd like a girls opinion on which of these 4 are best to be around, date, etc.?

Phi Delt, Pi Kapp, Sigep, and Delt are mid tier

ATO is huge but the dorkiest group on campus.

Phi Delt, Sigep, and Delt are the best mid tier party chapters.

ATO is the best if you're a young life type kid who wants to never drink, never party, and focus on SING.

Are far as middle tier chapter go I like Delt and SigEp the most... Seem to have nicer guys and good parties
