best mid tier

If I am a rushee that doesn't get a bid to a top tier, which mid tier (Phi Delt, SigEp, PiKap, Delt) would be best. Which is most respected of these 4? Also, I'd like a girls opinion on which of these 4 are best to be around, date, etc.?

This. Most are sweet but some can be big partiers. Best mid tier though.

Go Pi Kapp, Phi Delt, or Delt. Ps. Delt is way overhyped. 20 girls max at parties. Haha

I personally like the Phi Chi's because they are actually really sweet guys that care about making something of themselves unlike most others that only care about partying.
