How do Chapters pick PNMs each round?

How do members vote on the PNMs each round? Does the whole sorority vote or only the members who spoke to the PNMs? Do you need a certain amount of votes to be asked back for the next round? Do they have a list of PNMs they want?

so this is what’s called recruitment secrets (secret.) and it’s different for every chapter. you’ll know when you’re in one!!!
