serious question… y would someone choose 2go kappa?

i’ve only heard bad things about their reputation and the girls i talked to at panhellenic preview were stand-off ish but i keep seeing them as a top house on here? serious question no hate i just don’t get it. are they a top house or not and if so y?

Their gloss attracts certain people. Had a strong national reputation (moms push it) but everyone is seeing through the mean and BS. They brag and promote themselves as the BEST, when they are really nothing special.

They are a top house, and that's because they are cute and have a lot of money, succeed in intramurals, have super nice house pass-downs, and are a well-known sorority at Baylor and nationally. Kappa legacy's often always go Kappa, and they rush really well fall semester and have and incredible rush week. Their pref day is known to pull a lot of girls.
