My parents put me in time out then forgot I had been put in time out and ran around frantically looking for me. Ended up calling the police. You have never seen a more smug seven-year-old than one sitting in time out for three hours watching chaos unfold until found by a police officer. See? Guess you shouldn't have put me in time out after all.
