PKT is more of a Texas-Oklahoma thing...than it is a Southern thing.

Lots of schools in Dixie where ADPi, DZ, APhi, and Phi Mu are very good. And where Theta and Kappa are barely average.

i heard theta isn't that strong at baylor. is that true? and i heard pi phi is considered top.

you’re right. but being top at baylor almost means nothing. theta maybe mid, but they have a better reputation than piphi who are known to be fake and dirty rush.

Theta is a mid-level sorority at Baylor. They're below PBP, KKG and XO. More on the same level as DDD and Zeta. Good, respectable group but not considered top.
