Pi Phi = KOT (Religious, popular, partier)
Kappa = ATO (Hot, rich, exclusive)
Chi O = Phi Chi (Cute, extremely religious, go out less)
Tri Delt = Sig Chi (Involved, academic, well-rounded)
Zeta = Delt (Partiers, philanthropic, trendy)
AXO = SAE (Strong sister/brotherhood, hit or miss recruitment, decent)
Theta = KA (Southern, historic, average)
A Phi = Pi Kapp (Newer, fun, on the come up)
ADPi = Beta (Do their own thing, quietier, lowkey presence on campus)

Probably switch out Beta with SigEp.

But other wise that is pretty accurate.
