Rankings have changed this year but not as much as people claim.
Pi phi/kappa: still the houses freshmen want even before they know anything about the sororities here. Their Baylor name holds them up
Tri delt/axo/chi o: girls that got cut from kappa and pi phi. Tri delt is academic, chi o is religious, axo is social
Zeta/theta: chapters with bad reputations. Zeta has their party rep that steers people off and their members are usually rep risks that got cut from kappa. Theta is known to take leftovers
Aphi: new
Adpi: just like kappa/pi phi have reps that hold them up, adpis rep holds them down

You have no concept of what a fraternity sweetheart is. Typically it is a girl who is dating one of the fraternity guys or is it very good friends with them. It isn't someone who sleeps with all of them. That is such a stereotypical and untrue concept

Man if I could go through recruitment all over again a year ago, I STILL would not have gone your view of "tops" here, having known the reputation on the inside.
other chapters are not "leftovers" of other chapters, and you're in denial if you think that girls don't choose to go chapters like tri delt/axo/chi o or zeta/theta for that matter.
no one asked for this opinion, it was not necessary to give.

Since when does going to a frat party mean you have a bad rep? There are people who go to frat parties in EVERY sorority, sweetheart or not. The sweetheart is a sweetheart bc they’re dating someone in the frat, it’s cute. Coming from someone in theta, I don’t go to frat parties and most thetas who do go to frats, don’t go to the frat with our sweetheart.
