Why is ADPi ranked so low?

Alpha Phi has a very strong national organization ( not saying ADPi doesnt) and they came in and recruited surprisingly well. I guess it's easier to start fresh than overcome a reputation of "being bottom". But ADPi is still a great group.

If you look up alpha phi university of Michigan rush document you’ll understand how their nationals makes them recruit

Again, the chapter here is great, so what's your point? Tech and UT also have great chapters. LSU too. I have friends in all of those and none of them used the supposes "national plan" from Michigan. Don't let the Bama and Michigan drama suck you in. Every single sorority has chapters with scandals

Most chapters don’t know if they follow the National plan.& it’s executed by whoever is in charge of recruitment and whatever advisor gets sent to the chapter

If I was in the sorority, and we had nationals breathing down our neck telling us to only take hot girls and not worried about GP a's, I think I would freaking know it. I mean, get over it. The actives know who they are offering bids to. Your argument is completely invalid. And I'm sorry, when did you become an expert on expert on that particular sorority?

Their practices don’t specifically say that. The advisor marks down comments on girls that don’t fit the image as to whether they continue on and then their recruitment groups make it so the “top” sisters only get the “top” pnms… it really wouldn’t be obvious to a general member

So many women in alpha phi chapters across the nation come forward about the practices every year, even if the chapter here doesn’t work that way right now, their nationals always has the ability to implement it and it’s only fair that their members and those in the Panhellenic community are aware

To answer your question, more pnms go Aphi because they would rather be at a chapter with no reputation than one fixed with a bad reputation. ADPi here has a very socially awkward reputation that unfortunately has built up over the years. They are definitely trying to change that, but not making quota for 4+ years in a row is not helping.
