How does open recruitment work at Baylor? Are there informal events or is it invitation only? Which sororities are participating this year?

Its invite only. Only girls that know a lot of members really well can get in without rushing.

So emailing a recruitment chair is useless? Do they not let anyone go to a COB event w/out an invite? Just because someone is not bffs with one of the groups doesn't mean they're bad additions or shouldn't be given a chance. :/

You should email Tam Dunn and see if we're doing COB this year, I'm not really sure what to tell you.
