Tam, I just want to frat hard and have a frat house. Is that too much to ask for?

It won't happen until all the fraternities and sororities get together and work hard for it.
Everyone has to raise hell about it... Alumni, undergrads, parents, ect.
And they have to do it for an extended period of time.
And unfortunately that will never happen.
Too much in-fighting and too much dis-unity to every get all those forces working together to get housing.
