every girl rushes with different preferences and might not care about the sorority you think is a top.
top houses (i think there’s a lot):
pi phi — the stereotypical pretty and popular sorority. most girls love them.
zeta — for the girls who are smart and love to party (like a lot).
tridelt — for the studious girls who still like to have fun, but are more quiet and hardworking.
alpha chi — one of the best sisterhoods i’ve seen in a while. fun girls, well-liked.
kappa — rude but they are a stereotypical rich girl sorority. also, very athletic girls.
mid houses:
chi o — wannabe “it girls” that post 103 bible verses on their instagram story.
theta — sweet sisterhood, smart, loved by most. the most unproblematic.
aphi — newest sorority and is rising pretty fast. great girls with fun events
bottom house
adpi — not terrible if you don’t want the typical sorority. not involved as much around campus but strong sisterhood.

Zetas I know are chill. I know their sorority’s rep isn’t the best but the girls I know in there aren’t anything like their rep.

I think this is really good! IMO, I think the 6 that are usually sought after are pi phi, kapps, zeta, chi o, tri delt, and theta. The other 3 that aren’t as sought after but still great are aphi, axo, and adpi (theta could be bumped down though).
I don’t really think there are “tiers” though…all the sororities get great girls they just all go for different girls

The sought after sororities are:
Pi phi
Tri delt
Alpha chi
Zeta
Chi o (maybe)
Not too many people specifically want kappa or theta going into rush

I personally think Alpha Chi is doing better than Theta this year. I’ve heard pnms say AXO was one of their top choices which i’ve never heard them say in previous years. But yes, I agree with you for the most part

Axo has beat out a lot of houses for a few years now. This year they seem to be on par with pi phi

Zeta does not have the most authentic, genuine girls.
