Is axo a top chapter here?

I’m planning on transferring to Baylor next year and wanted to know if alpha chi is seen as a top chapter. I’ve heard people say that Baylor’s ranks have shifted and that they’ve gotten great pcs in the last few years

They’ve bordering upper mid to top pretty closely in past yeas. Their new pc is amazing though and previous tops like kappa have fallen. I think that if they have another successful rush they’ll cement their spot as a top
