Kappa and chi o have fallen pretty badly. chi o took a terrible pc last year and kappa has been having bad PCs for years now. bad freshman and good seniors = falling house

Define best? I doubt they are quality and genuine people. Probably the oblivious ones who care about popularity only to realize neither kappa or chio are good here anymore
