Could someone explain to me what continuous open bidding is? Does anyone at Baylor do continuous open bidding? Help yo girl out

Its called continuous open recruitment. If an active member has a best friend that didn't rush, a girl can rush during the semester and get in based on who she knows already in the sorority.
