i'm a theta legacy and i have a question lol
by: pnmso my mom was a theta at baylor and obviously is encouraging me to go theta too. i keep hearing that they're not very involved on campus/don't have a reputation. what exactly does that mean? ofc i want to meet them in person & form my own opinion but just curious what people on here think lol

Hey girl! You can take it good or bad, but in my opinion, I LOVE theta. They are very unproblematic, philanthropic, and smart. Theta has grown on me the longer I’m at Baylor! Definitely keep them close through rush process! They have a sweet sisterhood, but if it’s not for you, that’s alright! Find the girls that make you feel the most welcome! Good luck :)

I totally agree! Don’t feel pressured to go to a certain sorority just bc your mom was in it—find the ones you vibe with! That being said, in all honesty it’s true that theta doesn’t have much of a rep, but it’s just bc there’s not really any “gossip” to spread about them. You’ll see a ton of thetas doing things like being welcome week leaders or tour guides bc they’re just genuinely sweet. People don’t really want to talk about a sweet sorority, and they can’t exactly promote the kids they help in their philanthropy. So it’s not necessarily a bad thing, just one of their traits!
